Today, July 13, we left from the KOA at an early hour of 7 o’clock. We started out driving west through West Virginia and Kentucky. We had an amazing breakfast at IHOP, and the trees in West Virginia were really cool. We went over canyons on bridges and it was pretty cool seeing a large sea of trees below us instead of rivers. We went thr
ough Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois until we made it to St. Lois. I, Adam, and Miranda got to go to the top of the Gateway arch, so high, and we could see for literally miles. We then spent the rest of the night driving to Motel 6, where we spent the night, thankfully since it rained all night.
